As part of a larger initiative to modernize Skype digital experience, we went off to explore different directions to sweep of the dusty surface. The goal was to create a sense of togetherness and belonging within the community, and support the creator-consumer culture allowing users to express themselves. Additionally, we amplified touch points and interactions between people that increase engagement and allow seamless traversing between different features within the app.
